My Approach
A Women’s Therapist with a Relational and Humanistic Approach.
As a relational therapist, my priority is to create a safe and supportive space for you to show up and never feel judged. Therapy will be your space to freely process any thoughts, feelings, or experiences that are impacting you.
My areas of speciality include anxiety, relationship struggles, relational trauma, self-loss, and the quarter-life crisis. I love working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level.
My approach is grounded in existential and humanistic therapy, which means I don’t jump to pathologizing or diagnosing my clients but rather seek to understand them as a human.
While I pull from the gold-standard, evidence-based modalities, my approach in therapy is down to earth and relational so that you can feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self.
In therapy, I’ll help you begin to understand yourself better as we get clear on your values and what truly matters to you. We’ll work on changing any unhelpful narratives about yourself and discuss how you can move forward with more intention. We’ll explore all areas of your life that are relevant and discuss coping skills that you can implement to start making positive changes in your life.
My hope is for you to feel more confident and empowered in your life. Together, we’ll work towards creating a life that is meaningful and authentic to you.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
You are capable of creating change.

Sessions take place through a HIPAA-compliant platform. You will receive a private link for our virtual appointment, and you’ll want to make sure you’re in a confidential space. At our scheduled time, simply click the link to enter our online therapy session.
I recommend changing your settings on your devices to “do not disturb” to minimize distractions during your therapy session. You can use a laptop or cell phone for our sessions.

Research has shown that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. In my experience, I’ve found that many of my clients prefer online therapy over in-person because it offers more convenience, flexibility, and comfort than traditional therapy.
If you’re still not sure whether online therapy is right for you, you can always schedule a free 15 minute consultation with me to discuss if online therapy is a good fit for you.

Therapy is your space to talk about anything and everything. I’ll never pressure you to talk about anything you don’t feel comfortable with, but it is typically helpful for me to get an understanding of your background and past experiences to know how to best support you in therapy.
During our first few sessions, I’ll ask questions about what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on in therapy. As sessions continue, you’ll bring in whatever is on your mind that day, or any thoughts and emotions you might want to process. This can include relationships, work stress, life transitions, family history, body image, sex, etc. Nothing is off the table in therapy.

You can reach out to me directly through my contact form, or schedule a free 15 minute consultation through my online calendar. Because the relationship with your therapist is so important to successful outcomes, I’ll help you determine if I’m the right fit for you. If not, I’m happy to provide referrals to help get you to the right place.
